8th March Colquhoun Trophy

In 1984, Jim Colquhoun donated the land that the golf club occupies.  He designed the course with a tractor and rotary slasher.  Greens were mown once a week with B&S walk behind mower. Implements where kept in the milking shed (now green keepers shed.

Today's lucky winner in a strong field was Jonathan Trapski with 39 Stableford points.

1st March,  Jake Langford Is our Haggle Winner today with 42 Stableford Points

Tradies Golf Tournament, Sunday 5th October

A great day was had by all at the Tradies Golf Tournament on Sunday 5th October.

Over 50 players took part in the Ambrose tournament with a difference.  The many obstacles around the holes made sinking the ball a bit tricky.

Thanks to all those that helped organise the day, there is always a lot that goes on behind the scenes.

Next Sunday 12th October we have the Houhora club visiting us so there will be fierce competition for the trophy. More on this shortly.
